A bit about our history
Quadrant Financial Solutions (“Quadrant”) was established in 2005 and operates out of offices located in Kembla Street Wollongong. Apart from the three partners, Mark Blackshaw, John Buchan and Greg Cambridge, Quadrant also have administration staff to assist service your needs.
The partners have extensive mortgage and finance experience gained in part from in excess of 30 years each in the banking industry.
The “Quadrant” business has been built on the basis of honesty, integrity and trust. These values are at the core of all dealings with Quadrant and its partners.

Our Team
Mark Blackshaw
Mark has 36 years of banking / finance experience specialising in structuring finance facilities for business customers for their Vehicle, Plant and Equipment Finance needs, prior to commencing as a partner with Quadrant Financial Solutions. Over this time Mark has provided finance solutions for customers throughout NSW and interstate from consumers to Small Business to Corporate entities.
Mark holds a Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) along with a Diploma in Education.
John Buchan
John has 39 years of experience in banking and finance with exposure to many sectors including agribusiness, construction/development, local government, clubs, accommodation, manufacturing, bulky goods and retailing prior to commencing as a partner with Quadrant Financial Solutions.
In addition to his wide range of commercial experience, John’s tertiary qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Business (Accounting) and a Certificate in Australian Agricultural Systems through Charles Sturt University.
John is also a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and holds a Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).
Greg Cambridge
Greg has in excess of 39 years Banking and finance experience. 26 years with a major Bank and 13 years as a Mortgage & Finance Broker with Quadrant Financial Solutions.
He has extensive knowledge and understanding of Commercial, Business and Residential Mortgage finance having assisted many clients in various industries as a Business Banking Manager and Finance Broker. Having predominantly worked in the Wollongong area, Greg enjoys building good relationships with clients to assist in meeting their financial needs.
Greg holds a Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).
Cindy Spencer
Cindy is an Executive Assistant at Quadrant Financial Solutions. Cindy has worked in the Banking and Finance industry since 1995 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role.
